Contract for ’CONSTRUCTION OF SİLİFKE – MUT (1 SECTION) ROAD KM. BTW 0+000 AND 16+700” project was signed between General Directorate and State Highways and Nurol İnşaat on 4th of October 2017. 16.7 km highway, having 2×2 road section including 3 tunnels (double tube), with total length of 6.910 m., and II. Kılıç Arslan Bridge will be implemented within the scope of the project located within the boundaries of Mersin Province. II. Kılıç Arslan Bridge, designed as a cable–stayed balanced cantilever type bridge, will be constructed on a 40 m. diameter caisson foundation and will have a span length of 410 m and a pylon height of 173 m and it will be among the outstanding viaducts of the world when accomplished. The scope also includes highway structures, plantmix sub-base, plantmix base and bituminous pavements works.
Duration of the project is 1150 days starting from the site delivery and contract price is 504 Milion TL (approx. 140 Million USD)
