Number of Housing Units: 173 İstanbul, and it comprises the construction of villas, social facilities, and a
sales office. The 1st phase of the project constructed on an area of 320,000

m houses 173 villas and social facilities. First phase of the second stage
has also commenced for the construction of 203 luxurious villas.
