Nurol Park is a mix type high rise project
constructed as 100% NUROL Group

investment at the Güneşli district of İstanbul.

Total closed area is 332.000 m . The project is
a combination of different spaces such as loft,

residential, tower (31 & 27 Floors), office and
commercial spaces and sport facilities. Apart

from residential units, 24.000 m open air
commercial area is arranged to host over 70
cafes and shops. An office block with a total

area of 20.000 m was constructed within the
scope. As for residential units, Nurol Park

hosts 154 residence, 84 loft and 880 tower
flats. It was completed in 2017.
