Nurol Construction and Trading Co. Inc. is a member of Nurol Holding Group of Companies, which was established in 1966 in Ankara and moved its headquarters to Istanbul in 2015. The company, whose main shareholder is Nurol Holding A.%u015e., is ultimately controlled by members of the %u00c7arm%u0131kl%u0131 family. Since its establishment, the company has made significant contributions to the agricultural sector with irrigation projects and to heavy industry with turnkey industrial plant constructions.
