                                                        Tümad undertakes exploration and development projects on precious and

                                                        in potential mining sites and to launch economically large-scaled mining
                                                        projects. The main goal is to pursue durable, sustainable, and high-income
                                                        generating  mining  activities  in  line  with  international  mining  criteria

                                                        stakeholders, and respect to our values. Within this scope, gold and silver
                                                        production is ongoing at Lapseki, Çanakkale and İvrindi, Balıkesir projects.







                                                        Nurol Energy Production and Marketing Co. Inc.

                                                        While privatization and restructuring of power generation, transmission
                                                        and distribution activities rapidly ongoing in the energy sector of
                                                        Turkey, Nurol Energy maintains its activities as one of the independent
                                                        energy production  companies.  In  this  regard,  Company  undertakes
                                                        power plant projects for various resources such as wind, natural gas,
                                                        coal, sun or wind.








                                                       Nurol Göksu Electricity Production Inc.
                                                       Nurol Göksu was established in 2013 and overtook, through privatization,
                                                       the operating rights for Göksu Hydroelectric Power Plant for a period of
                                                       49 years. The Göksu Hydroelectric Power Plant is a run-of-the-river plant
                                                       that was operationalized in 1959 on Göksu River in Konya Province. The
                                                       Göksu HPP has 10.8 MWe installed capacity, a high capacity usage rate
                                                       and a stable flow regime, and it produces a steady annual average of 65
                                                       million kWh of energy. As the Göksu HPP project is based on renewable
                                                       energy resources, it contributes in the reduction of CO  emission by
                                                                                                      2
                                                       39,000 tons per year.




                                                       Enova Energy Production Co. Inc.
                                                       Enova Energy Production Co. Inc. was established in 2003 by the partnership
                                                       of Nurol and another Turkish Company for the production and sale of electrical
                                                       power. In 2006, it overtook the production license for the Ceyhan Hydroelectric
                                                       Power Plant from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) in the
                                                       build-operate-transfer model for a period of 49 years. Our project consisting
                                                       of Oşkan and Berkman regulators and power plants over Ceyhan River in
                                                       Osmaniye produces an average of 250 million kWh of energy per year with
                                                       its 63 MWe of installed capacity; and contributes to the reduction of carbon
                                                       emissions by an annual 160,000 tons of CO . The electricity generated is

                                                       being sold directly to Turkish Energy Exchange Authority under the incentive
                                                       regime of Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism.
