VIP greeting and hosting, transportation, accommodation and guiding
services.

Nurol Real Estate Management Inc.
Nurol Real Estate Management Inc. was founded in 1991 in Ankara to enter
into property management market in Turkey. Integrated property/facility
management was fully a new concept in Turkey. In fact, it was one of the
first integrated property management companies. One of its first contract
was the management of Karum Business and Shopping Mall, located in
a prime location in Ankara. It has, later on, extended its operations to
residential and business centers, mainly in İstanbul and Ankara. Nowadays
Nurol Property Management, has given major emphasize to property
purchase, lease, refurbish, advise, release and manage. In this context,
some of the property of Nurol Group is being managed by the company.

Nurol Aviation Inc. Private Aircraft Services has been founded in 1997
for providing safe and comfortable air travels to wherever and whenever
you wish. With a capacity of ten passengers, our business jet FALCON
2000 LX (TC-SGO) can offer an 8-hour non-stop hover taxi service. Also,

with our enclosed barracks and terminal buildings located on 2,000 m
at Hangarlar District of Ankara Esenboğa Airport, hangar services are
provided for hover taxis and general aviation aeroplanes.

Botim Management, Administration and Trading Inc.
Botim Management, Administration and Trading Inc. has been
enhancing the service quality of Bodrum OASIS Shopping, Culture and
Entertainment Center since 1998 by providing Financial Affairs and
Leasing, Public Relations, Administrative Affairs, Technical Support,
Security, and Cleaning services.
