OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY For years, Nurol Construction has implemented ISO 45001 Occupational Health
and Safety Management System in all its processes. In line with our commitment
to road traffic safety, we have established the ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety
Management System in all our locations, with the aim of certifying our practices
in this field. Following comprehensive audits, we have obtained the Road Traffic
Safety Management System Certificate. With this system, we have published the
“Road Traffic Safety Policy,” which includes Nurol Construction’s commitments
on this matter. We have made revisions in various traffic safety practices,
activated digital applications for vehicle tracking systems, and updated incident
investigation processes to provide detailed information about traffic accidents.
We have clarified the criteria for vehicles and vehicle operators and increased the
frequency of inspections to identify issues with vehicles. We have expanded the
scope of training plans for vehicle operators and added traffic accident scenarios
to emergency plans. We have also conducted road risk analyses for all roads used.
Traffic Management Plans in all our locations have been reviewed and updated.
We conduct regular internal audits to review our Occupational Health and Safety
Management System and track the findings obtained after the audits through
our corrective action system.
We regularly monitor our subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that their
operations comply with our corporate culture, commitments, and legal
requirements related to OHS. We provide support to them in areas where
improvements are needed.
Our OHS teams in the projects consist of competent and specialized individuals.
We offer our teams various training opportunities to keep them up-to-date with
current developments and innovations.
