B1070 TEST BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WORKS PROJECTPursuant to the B1070 Test Building contract signed with TAI in September 2022, the turnkey construction works of a steel construction test building with a closed area of 14,258 m2 and a height of 60 meters and a reinforced concrete administrative building were included under our contract. The project is planned to be completed at the beginning of 2024.In the project in 2023:10,629 m3 of reinforced concrete production4,782 tons of steel construction36,720 m2 wall and floor covering manufacturing55,552 m2 of facade cladding works were completed.Total as of project start: 27,740 m3 of reinforced concrete production4,826 tons of steel construction36,720 m2 wall and floor covering manufacturing55,552 m2 of facade cladding works were completed.B557 PRODUCTION AND R&D BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WORKS The structural system of the B557 Production and R&D Building Construction Works project, which fell under our contract as a result of winning the tender organized by TAI in April 2023, consists of prefabricated elements and covers the turnkey delivery of infrastructure, road, soil, prefabricated, reinforced concrete, finishing and electromechanical works of the facility with a total closed area of 26,000 m2. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
