YUSUFELI DAM BRIDGES SUPPLY WORKS PROJECT Our Yusufeli Dam Bridges project has been under our contract in 2017 and within the scope of the project, the provisional acceptance of 3 balanced cantilever highway bridges on Yusufeli (Artvin-Erzurum) Separation State Road has been made. The bridges consist of 644 m long Tekkale (Hazuket) Viaduct, 695 m long Yusufeli Viaduct, 340 m long Yusufeli Dam Viaduct and 530 m long %u015eilenkar Viaduct. The works on the %u015eilenkar, Dam and Tekkale Viaducts were completed and %u015eilenkar and Dam Viaducts were opened to traffic. For the remaining works of this project, the Yusufeli Dam Bridges Supply Works contract was signed in July 2022 and is managed as a joint project under the leadership of Nurol Construction. The scope of the contract includes one bridge to be constructed by push-slide construction method. The steel deck of the bridge is being manufactured by driving 33 segments from the A1 side and 15 segments from the A2 side, and the segments are planned to reach the junction point in early 2024.YE%u015eILYAKA PROJECTThe Ye%u015filyaka Project in B%u00fcy%u00fck%u00e7ekmece-S%u0131rtk%u00f6y, Istanbul, which will be completed in 3 phases and 7 phases in total, and which is managed by our equal shareholding, is currently under construction. Within the scope of the project, villas, social facilities, sales office and commercial areas are being built on a land of approximately 1,000,000 m%u00b2. Phase 1 (Koru) of the 320,000 m%u00b2 project consists of 173 villas, social facilities, sales office (commercial area) and common areas. Villa deliveries are ongoing in the 1st phase, which consists of 3 phases in total. Deliveries are ongoing in 3 phases of the 2nd phase (Su) of the project, which consists of 472 villas, social facilities and commercial areas to be built on a 625,400 m%u00b2 land.
