GLOBAL COMPACT T%u00dcRKIYEBy signing the United Nations Global Compact in August 2017, we made a commitment to act in accordance with and support the 10 basic universal principles of the convention on human rights, labour standards, environment and anticorruption. In 2023, we actively participated in the Global Compact Turkey Diversity and Inclusion working group, Sustainable Development Goals Target Program and Human Rights Training Program.WOMEN%u2019S EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES (WEPS)In 2020, we signed the %u2018Women%u2019s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)%u2019 published by UN Women, which includes commitments on %u2018Gender Equality%u2019 and %u2018Reducing Inequalities%u2019 among the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2023, %u2018Equal Opportunity Model%u2019 studies, which have similar approaches with the Women%u2019s Empowerment Principles, were carried out, and the details of the studies carried out are presented in detail in the %u2018Social%u2019 section of the report. 30% CLUBThe 30% Club is a collaboration in the business world where Board Chairmen and CEOs aim to improve the gender balance at all levels of their organisations.
