İncegez Tunnel Project

Outer diameter; 4,76 m, concrete inner diameter; 3,40 m • Tunnel
Length: 5.889 m • 33.800 m³ tunneling concrete and 76.000 m³ of
reinforced concrete in tunnel together with 1.250 tons of steel ribs,
530 tons of anchorage were executed within the project scope.
Moreover 150.000 m³ of tunneling excavation and 360.000 m³ of
open excavation were realized.

Mecca City Water Supply &
Waste Water Network Project
• Location: Mecca / KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA • Type of Work:
Potable water supply and waste water network• Length of Network:
162,570 m • Number of Housing Connections: 2,232 • Number of Pump
Stations: 3 (waste water)+2 (clean water) • The Potable water network
has a total of six main pumps of 32 Lt/s capacity each and two spare
pumps of 16 Lt/s each; while waste water network has seven pumps
varying between 0.04 m /s or 0.17 m /s capacity.

Arifiye - Sincan Railway Project, Ayaş Tunnel
• Location: Ayaş - Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Horseshoe cross-
sectioned, dual line railway tunnel • Tunnel Diameter: (Concrete inner
diameter) 9.6 m • Length of Tunnel: 10.064 m • Ayaş Tunnel is the
longest railway tunnel in Turkey, sixth longest in the world, and it
has no side approaches besides the two opposed entrances. A 400
m long section of the tunnel is constructed in cut and cover type,
and this section, along with 8,000 meters of the remaining section
are completed including the final cover. The tunnel was constructed
using the New Austrian Tunneling Method, and during works, a total

of 1,200,000 m of tunnel excavation and 2,600,000 m of open

excavation were carried out; and 450,000 tons of shotcrete, 6,700
tons of steel ribs, 6,100 tons of anchorage, 1,500 tons of wire mesh,

and 210,000 m of B225 tunnel concrete were used.
