• Location: Ardahan / TURKEY • Type of Work: Industrial zone and
relevant infrastructure • The construction of workshops and all sorts
of infrastructure and landscaping works within the scope of Ardahan
Industrial Zone were realized by Nurol.

Turkish Nitrogen Industry Inc.
General Directorate Building
• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Multi-floor corporate
building • Number of Floors: in Block A; 22, in Block B; 7 • Closed Area:
24,385 m² • The building has 3 underground floors reaching 17 meters
deep, which require particular precautions against underground water
and ground problems.

İskenderun Iron & Steel Plant,
Administrative Buildings & Social Facilities

• Location: Hatay / TURKEY • Type of Work: Social facilities • Within
the project scope of the Iskenderun Iron and Steel Plant, auxiliary
buildings, administrative and guesthouse buildings together with the
related social facilities were also realized under a separate contract.

Ankara Ulus Shopping and Business Center

• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Shopping area and
business center • During the execution of the project, which was
located in one of the most crowded regions of Ankara, due to the
soil characteristics several excavation and foundation problems were
faced. Those problems were solved by supporting slopes with sheet
piling and cast-in-place concrete piles.
