Ashgabat National Institute for Manuscripts

Center (design and build) • Number of Floors: 4 • Construction Area:
5,800 m² • The building houses a conference hall (in the basement
floor) of 120 seating capacity, various laboratories, printing and
workshop facilities, exhibition areas etc. It is equipped with latest
technology security and automation systems. The project was
undertaken by a joint venture, where Nurol held 50% of shares.

Ties Children Sanitation Complex
• Location: Krasnoyarsk - Siberia / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Dormitories,
sports facilities, relevant auxiliary facilities and infrastructure works •
Closed Area: 39,155 m² • The complex, comprised of 15 blocks (15,500

m in total), houses children’s dormitories, restaurant, health center,
cultural center, and service buildings, as well a closed swimming pool
complex that contains a semi-olympic pool in addition to a training

pool. Furthermore, there is an individual sports hall with 1,800 m
closed area. The project was undertaken by a joint venture of 50%
Nurol ownership.

Ashgabat Grand Turkmen Hotel

• Location: Ashgabat / TURKMENISTAN • Type of Work: Hotel complex
• Total Closed Area: 17,000 m² • Number of Rooms and Beds: 120
rooms, 240 beds • The hotel, which was financed by Turkish Eximbank
loans and designed as a five-star hotel, was constructed by the joint
venture with 50 % Nurol share as two blocks of 6 floors and 10 floors
respectively.

Nefteyugansk Airport
Terminal Building Project

• Location: Nefteyugansk - Siberia / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Airport
terminal buildings • Closed Area: 4,140 m² • The flight information
system, cable channel TV and announcement systems and all other
relevant systems of the building built at international standards by
the Joint Venture with 50 % Nurol share, on turnkey basis.
