complex and social facilities • Number of Housing Units: 800 (50
blocks of 16 flats each) • Closed Housing Area: 82,000 m² • Closed
Social Facilities Area: 14,100 m² • The project included a shopping
center, a guesthouse for singles, primary and secondary schools, a
kindergarten, and a health center, along with the construction of
open sports fields. All landscaping and infrastructure works were
also carried out by Nurol.

İkitelli Atatürk Automobile Industry District,
Workshop Blocks

• Location: İkitelli - İstanbul / TURKEY • Type of Work: Industrial
zone and relevant infrastructure • Closed Construction Area: 108,000
m² • Number of Workshops: 750 • The exterior infrastructure works
within the scope of the project were also carried out by Nurol.

Maslak Atatürk Auto Industrial Site Project

• Location: Maslak- İstanbul/ TURKEY • Type of Work: Industrial
zone and relevant infrastructure • Site Area: 2,840,000 m² • Closed
Construction Area: 268,000 m² • Number of Workshops and Stores:
3 shopping areas + 1,555 workshops + 282 stores • The scope of

the project included landslide control works on 378,000 m land,
landscaping, and construction of 10,570 m roads, sewerage system,
and rainwater and domestic water networks.

Nurol Holding Head Office Project

• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Corporate building •
Number of Floors: 4 • The building, completed in 1984, was designed
to serve the head administrative departments of Nurol Holding Group
of Companies.
