Yanbu Industrial City, Residential Area,
Housing Complex Project
• Location: Yanbu / KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA • Type of Work:
Housing complex • Number of Housing Units: 506 • Housing Area:
165.000 m² • All housing units within the project scope are equipped
with fire warning and security systems, special air conditioning units,
and all other facilities to meet the standards of luxury residences. All
exterior infrastructure works of the project were also undertaken by
Nurol. Construction of pathways, roadways, children’s playgrounds,
and landscaping works on 40,000 m area were also included in the

Azot Sanayii T.A.Ş.
Soma Social Facilities Project
• Location: Soma – Manisa / TURKEY • Type of Work: Lodging and
social facilities complex • Total Closed Area: 25,000 m² • Within the
project scope, 31 block type housing units, 3 manager residences,
two 7-floor guesthouses, a clubhouse, and all kinds of external
infrastructure works were realized.

Etibank, Elazığ Ferrochrome Plant

• Location: Elazığ / TURKEY • Type of Work: Industrial Plant • Closed
Area of Main Manufacturing Plant: 12,700 m² • In addition to the
manufacture and assembly of 2,100 tons of steel structure and
580 tons of technological installations, the project also includes
the construction of 90 housing units, a guesthouse, administrative
building, health center, dining hall, garage, warehouse, heating units,
exterior infrastructure works, social facilities and other subsidiary
facilities. The project was completed and delivered in a very short
period of 2.5 years. Entire construction, manufacture, automation
and instrumentation works, infrastructure and connection facilities
between the constructed units, raw material processing building,
raw material silos, power distribution unit, pumping station, product
packaging building, laboratory building, and pool and cooling units
were also constructed on a turnkey basis.

Aydın Industrial District Site
• Location: Aydın / TURKEY • Type of Work: Industrial zone and
relevant infrastructure • Number of Workshops: 450 • The project,
which had been planned to be completed in 18 months, was finalized
in a record period of 6 months and the client awarded us with a
certificate of honor for the quality and speed of the work.
