Renovation of State Guesthouse in Kazan

• Location: Kazan- Tatarstan / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Corporate
building renovation • Construction Area: 4,500 m² • The project
comprised of renovation of entire internal design of the State
Guesthouse, construction of the automation and electrical systems
as well as of the closed and open swimming pools and execution of all
kinds of landscaping works. The project was realized by a joint venture
of 50% Nurol share.

Nefteyugansk Cultural Center Project

• Location: Nefteyugansk / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Cultural center
(design and build) • Number of Floors: 3 • Construction Area: 4,300
m² • Closed Area: 15,070 m² • The facility includes two theatres and a
cultural center, respectively of 800 seating capacity and 300 seating
capacity, and also houses television studios, club, restaurant and
other similar social facilities together with exhibition sites and cultural
activity areas. The project was undertaken by the joint venture where
Nurol held 50 % share.

Renovation of Turkish Embassy Building and
Construction of Residential Building in Ashgabad
• Location: Ashgabat / TURKMENISTAN • Type of Work: Corporate
building renovation, construction of additional buildings • The project
included turnkey delivery of all sorts of electrical and mechanical
systems such as automation, security, fire protection, technological
communication, heating, ventilation and cooling. The project was
undertaken by a joint venture of 50% Nurol share.

Bor Hotel Renovation Works
• Location: Moscow / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Hotel renovation • Closed
Area: 1,900 m² (main hotel building) • The project, which was executed
by a 50% Nurol joint venture on a turnkey basis, comprised of all kinds
of electrical and mechanical works as well as the renovation of interior
design. Project scope also included construction of 25 new villas.
