in our Headquarter and projects, covering topics such as quality, environment,
occupational health and safety, human resources, sustainability, healthy living,
social skills, and digitalization. For 2023, we have designed training content not
only focusing on technical skills but also aimed at increasing social and personal
awareness.
Taking advantage of digitalization tools, which have become more prevalent
during the pandemic, we continue to conduct remote training sessions for our
employees located both domestically and internationally. Simultaneously, we
ensure that our employees participate in many remotely conducted external
training programs.
We place a strong emphasis on training for personnel working on tasks with
potential risks in our projects, emphasizing risk-oriented training. Particularly,
we increased our toolbox training rates on-site before commencing work to
make our personnel more aware of the risks they might encounter.
In 2022, we provided “Outlook Training” to the employees at the Headquarter.
Throughout the year, personnel within the first aid team received update training,
and their first aid certificates were renewed. The Integrated Management
Systems Teams improved their awareness on “Designing a Low Carbon Economy
in the Private Sector and Managing and Supervising ESG Risks” by participating
in relevant training sessions. To enhance the skills of our personnel who drive
vehicles, we planned and established recurring defensive driving and road traffic
safety training programs.
