Ghardez ANA Brigades and Military Hospital

and military hospital complex • Total Closed Area: 29.500 m² • The
project, undertaken by a joint venture of which Nurol owns 50%,
contains 36 military (permanent) barracks, a headquarters building, a
service building, warehouses, garages, hospital building and necessary
infrastructure as well as related electromechanical works.

•Location: Dubai / UAE • Type of Work: Housing complex • Number
of Housing Blocks: 34 • Total Closed Area: 185,000 m² • The project
consists of luxurious housing blocks constructed in Spanish
architectural style.

Darulaman Brigade Facilities
• Location: Kabul / AFGHANISTAN • Type of Work: Military facilities
• Closed Area: 12,600 m² • The project consists of the construction
of 11 military (permanent) barracks, 1 social facility, 1 administration
building, 2 guard houses, 1 heliport, and relevant infrastructure works.
The facilities were completed by a joint venture, of which Nurol owns
50% of shares, in a period of 8 months under heavy security measures
and challenging environmental conditions in a troubled area.

Pol-e Charkhi Brigade Facilities
•Location: Kabul / AFGHANISTAN • Type of Work: Military facilities
• Closed Area: 12,000 m² • Project consists of the construction of
30 military (permanent) barracks and 1 dining room, as well as
necessary infrastructure works and relevant electromechanical
works. The facilities were completed by a joint venture, of which
Nurol owns 50% of shares, in a period of 7 months under heavy
security measures and challenging environmental conditions in a
troubled area.
