Number of Villas: 34 • The project, undertaken by a joint venture, of
which Nurol Construction Co. Inc. owns 50% of shares, is located on
6.7 hectares of land, and consists of villas of sizes varying between
600 m and 400 m each.

Nurol Printing and Packaging Industry Co. Inc.
Manufacturing Facilities
• Location: Sincan - Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Turnkey
construction of printing and packaging facilities, as well as all auxiliary
facilities and administrative units • Closed Area of the Facility: 3,200
m² • The facilities were delivered in turnkey basis within a very short
period of 5 months, and they are equipped with latest technology
computers and automation systems for design and manufacturing
purposes.

Hotel Asena

• Location: Kuşadası - Aydın / TURKEY • Type of Work: Hotel complex
• Area of Use: 4,731 m² • Number of Rooms and Beds: 103 rooms,
215 beds • The project was executed in two stages. The first was
completed in a very short period of 6 months and the hotel began
operation with 140 bed capacity. Following the completion of the 2nd
stage, the hotel reached its current capacity.

Nurol Residence Project
• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Housing complex •
Number of Housing Units: 22 mansion type units (in 2 blocks) + 36
studio units (1 block) • Closed Area: 32,000 m² • The project includes 2
blocks of 22 mansion type residences sized 632 m each, together with a

separate block of studio apartments of 1+1 and 1+2 types. The mansion
type apartments also have 85 m terraces of which 45 m area sections

are gardens. The entire complex is equipped with latest technology
security, automation and control system. Additionally, the renovation
of a historical house under protection was also carried out.
