Esenboğa Aircraft Hangar and Social Facilities

• Location: Esenboğa Airport -Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work:
Turnkey construction of aircraft hangar along with the installation of
relevant machinery, equipment and auxiliary facilities • Closed Area
of the Aircraft Hangar: 1,780 m² • Aircraft Capacity: The facility has
an aircraft capacity of Beechjet 400A and similar type 6 airplanes or
Cittation 10, Falcon 200 and similar type 3 airplanes • The facilities,
which were constructed for aircraft parking and servicing purposes,
can provide necessary services for all kinds of aircraft with a
maximum tail height of 8.5 m and a maximum wing width of 28.0 m.
Additionally, the facilities include administrative units, VIP lounges
and service units.

Former Headquarters Building

• Location: Ankara/ TURKEY• Type of Work: Corporate building • Closed
Area: 4,250 m² • Number of Floors: 8 • The building houses 6 office floors
and two underground parking floors. The entire building is equipped
with latest technology management, automation, air conditioning and
security systems.

Restoration of Historical & Architectural
Complex "Odintsovo"

• Location: Moscow / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Corporate building
renovation, construction of additional buildings • Closed Area: 10,318
m² (6,148 m², renovated buildings + 4,170 m², the newly constructed
closed sports complex) • Landscaped Open Area: 560,000 m² •
Restoration and renovation of existing historical buildings, renovation
of site infrastructure, construction of 10 km road to connect the
complex to the existing motorway, helicopter pad, closed sports
complex, waste water treatment plant, rehabilitation of the existing
pond within the site and overall landscaping were within the scope of
the project. The project was undertaken by a joint venture in which
Nurol had 50 % share.

Manufacturing Facilities

• Location: Sincan - Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Turnkey
construction of industrial manufacturing plant and auxiliary facilities
• Project Site Area: 66.350 m² • Closed Area of Facility: 16,700 m² •
The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art technology automation
and computer systems and it is designed for the manufacture of
wheeled armoured combat vehicles. Later, capacity increasing and
additional facility construction works were also undertaken by Nurol
Construction Co. Inc.
