constructed by the joint venture, of which Nurol owns 50% of shares,
4 blocks comprise a hotel, and the remaining areas include various
kinds of entertainment and recreational facilities, sports and health
centers, and 2 swimming pools.

Vatutinki Villas

• Location: Moscow / RUSSIA • Type of Work: Villa complex • Number
of Villas: 15 • The project was included within the scope of Vatutinki
Hotel Project, which was also undertaken by the joint venture with 50
% Nurol share.

Renovation of the Vnesheconombank
Head Office Building

• Location: Ashgabat / TURKMENISTAN • Type of Work: Corporate
building renovation, construction of additional buildings •
Construction Area: 3,300 m² • The project, undertaken by a joint
venture with 50% Nurol share, comprised of the renovation of
the old building and construction of additional buildings, and also
included the turnkey realization of all kinds of electromechanical
systems, heating, ventilation and cooling systems, and security and
communication systems.

Nurol Uskumruköy Forest Houses
• Location: İstanbul / TURKEY • Type of Work: Villa complex • Number
of Villas: 29 • All luxurious villas are designed as one of the two types;

either with 510 m closed area, or with 480 m closed area, and all have

four storeys and private swimming pools. Security and automation
systems of the latest technology are installed within the project
scope.
