General Meeting Hall Renovation Project
• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Corporate facility
renovation • The building renovation was undertaken by a joint
venture, of which Nurol owns 50% share, and the renovation works
followed an architectural project selected by the Client through
a private competition. The hall is equipped with cutting-edge
computerized controls, voting by finger print confirmation system,
as well as announcement, display and simultaneous interpretation
systems. The under-floor heating and cooling system was specially
designed to acclimatize, instead of the entire hall, only the lower body
of the room so as to ensure a significant save in energy.

Presidential Counsellors’ Office Building
• Location: Ashgabat / TURKMENISTAN • Type of Work: Corporate
building • Construction Area: 1,500 m² • Number of Floors: 3 • The
building, which also includes a closed parking lot, is equipped with
latest technology building automation, air conditioning and security
systems, and had been executed by a joint venture where Nurol had
a share rate of 50 %.

Nurol Social Facilities
• Location: Ankara / TURKEY • Type of Work: Villa complex • The
facilities, located in a fully landscaped green area of 14 hectares, is
comprised of villas, social facilities, swimming pools and sports fields.

Beylikdüzü Mass Housing Project
• Location: İstanbul / TURKEY • Type of Work: Mass housing complex
• Number of Housing Units: 875 • Closed Housing Area: 110,000 m²
• The entire project was undertaken in 3 groups, and the second
group that consisted of the construction of 875 housing units and 4
shopping store units, was realized by Nurol. The project scope includes
engineering works and construction of the buildings, technical
infrastructure and landscaping works.
