| URLA 77 is being developed on an approximately 77,000 m² of land. Designed around a single-storey living concept, the project comprises 77 detached villas, together with shared social amenities, landscape works, and comprehensive infrastructure and superstructure construction. It offers a low-density living environment that harmonizes with the natural character of Urla.
The scope of work includes construction, reinforced concrete works, architectural finishing works, mechanical and electrical installations, low-current (ELV) systems, insulation works, façade applications, joinery works, road and landscaping, exterior lighting, irrigation systems, security infrastructure, testing and commissioning, as well as final cleaning and handover. |
