Ethics tackles universal value judgments in human relations, while business ethics encompasses criteria for guiding behavior in business life (Code of Conduct).
The “Governance Rules” in the following document regulate Nurol Construction's relations with all employees and stakeholders, and constitute the “Nurol Construction Code of Conduct.”
Any deviation from the Code of Conduct (identified by notification, audit, etc.) is examined by the Ethics & Discipline Committee. The Nurol Construction Ethics & Discipline Committee Application Guide elaborates on the Committee's working principles based on independence and impartiality.
