TYPE OF WORK : Turnkey construction of the main plant comprising of material preparation, fermentation and distillation units, alcohol storage area, absolute alcohol unit, raki preparation and mellowing units, bottling, demineralisation water production and waste water treatment units together with the social and administrative facilities comprising of managerial houses, guesthouse, administrative building, workers’ cafeteria, kindergarten, central heating unit, workshop and garage etc.

PLANT CAPACITY : 17.000.000 lt/year (2x10.000 bottles/ day)
DESCRIPTION
The factory, which was realized on turnkey basis with all project design, manufacturing and erection of machinery-equipment, and planned to process 52,5 tons of raisin per day, was equipped with automation and computer systems of the latest technology and had the highest capacity of rakı production in Turkey.
