| Restoration and renovation of existing and historical buildings, renovation of regional infrastructure, construction of a 10 km road to connect the complex to the existing motorway, helicopter pad, closed sports complex, waste water treatment plant, rehabilitation of the existing pond and landscaping were within the scope of the project. The project has been realized under the contractorship of a Joint Venture in which Nurol had 50 % share. | ||
