| The facilities constructed as complimentary to the existing complex, had 17 floors (7 underground floors). Due to the soil conditions faced, special methodology was implemented for the foundation structure 35 meters deep. Including congress centres, conference halls, recreational facilities, shopping centres, multi-purpose halls and a bed capacity over 200, the new apart hotel and congress centre, of which design works and financing were also provided by Nurol Construction Co. | ||
