DESCRIPTION
The tender related to the Ümraniye-Ataşehir-Göztepe Metro Project has been conducted by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul on March 3rd, 2017 and the contract has been awarded to Gülermak-Nurol Joint Venture. Main contract has been signed on April 14th, 2017. The project involves the construction of a 13 km long double tube TBM tunnel along with 2 train storage tunnels and a connection tunnel. There are 11 stations within the scope of the project, 5 of which being shaft+tunnel type. 24 months of maintenance services, preperation of operation and maintenance manuals, providing of spare parts and necessary training are also included within the scope of the contract.
