The İzmir Çiğli Tram Line Project, extending approximately 12 kilometers with 15 stations, includes transformer buildings, a tram bridge, electromechanical works, and the extension of platform lengths at the stations on the existing Konak Tram Line. The project was commissioned on January 27, 2024. Providing sustainable infrastructure and economical transportation, this project offers a modern and environmentally friendly solution to İzmir’s transportation network, easing urban traffic and enhancing public transportation options.
