In line with our commitment to equal opportunity, the presentation ceremony of the Equal Opportunities Model Certificate — which had previously been awarded to our company — was held with the participation of representatives from the KAGİDER Board of Directors. During the ceremony, the certificate was presented to Nurol Construction Assistant General Manager Nurdoğan Topuz and Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager Nurdan Kabakcı.
Developed to promote women’s employment and foster inclusivity in the workplace, the Equal Opportunities Model Certificate is granted following a comprehensive evaluation process led by KAGİDER, with technical support from the World Bank.
