Contract of “Riyadh City South Phase 4, Infrastructure and Streetscape Works” with 1,1 billion AED offer, under the employership of Modon Properties, has been awarded to Nurol in Abu Dhabi.
Project scope consists of Construction and Completion of entire infrastructure works including Road and Paving, Soft and Hard Landscaping, Street Lighting, Portable Water Network, Power Network including Substations, Storm Water Networks Sewerage and Drainage Network, Irrigation Network, Telecommunication, Monitoring and Controlling Center (MCC), Service Authority Connections for 960 hectare area land development for 3199 villas and residential units at Riyadh City South, Abu Dhabi.
