Nurol İnşaat has signed the “Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)”..

Having signed the United Nations Global Compact in August 2017 in line with its pioneering character in its country and its sector and the importance it attaches to the vision of doing business at world standards with a sustainable development approach, Nurol İnşaat took its work in this field one step further by signing the “Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)” in February 2020.

By signing of these principles, Nurol İnşaat has aimed to develop certain practices in order to render women to become stronger both socially and economically, to increase the participation female employees in the construction sector, and to contribute to the educational and professional development opportunities that are available to women. In this way, Nurol İnşaat will provide high-level corporate leadership for gender equality with a perspective that place equal importance on men and women in business life.
