Manisa Celal Bayar University and Nurol İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. signed a training protocol for students graduated from vocational schools.
Manisa Celal Bayar University and Nurol inşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. have signed the training protocol for employment of graduates from MCBU Vocational School, departments of Mining, Machinery and Borer in 2017 and the students with the qualifications to use Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) within the “Procurement, Assembly and Commissioning of Electromechanics Systems and Construction of Umraniye-Ataşehir-Göztepe Metro” which will be constructed in Istanbul Anatolian Region and undertaken by the company.
MCBU Rector Prof. Dr. A. Kemal Çelebi and Nurettin Akdeniz on behalf of Nurol Inşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. have signed the protocol and it will be valid until September 30, 2017. Within the framework of the protocol, the employer will employ qualified students who have been recommended by the university, after subjecting them to a certain period of training and testing, and employing the successful students. Within the scope of the training protocol, basic concepts related to earth sciences, rock mechanics, ground mechanics, tunnel boring methods and safety will be taught to the students. TBM operatorship training will be provided in the form of individual excavation operations in the field under shifts.
