As Nurol İnşaat, we became a part of the most inclusive sustainability platform of the world by signing the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in 2017. As a part of this initiative, we aimed to contribute to the creation of a common culture in the business world, and in the construction sector in particular, within the framework of universal principles. In this context, we have published the second of our NUROL YES (Governance – Ecosystem – Social) Sustainability Reports, which have been prepared in accordance with the standards laid out of both the UNGC Progress Report and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
We, as Nurol İnşaat, are walking towards our goals, as an institution that improves itself every year in line with the principle of continuous improvement, pioneers change, respects human rights and ethical values, and incorporated all these into its way of doing business. During these extraordinary times, we are duly scrutinizing how Nurol İnşaat’s creativity and capabilities may contribute to our society and industry. We continue our activities with a deep commitment to our role and social responsibilities, and our 2019 Nurol YES Sustainability Report reflects this commitment we have to our principles that will ensure the longevity and sustainability of our organization and our stakeholders.
