Nurol Construction Has Been Awarded An Equal Opportunity Certificate Reflecting Its Fair Perspective!

At Nurol Construction, an “Equal Opportunity Model (EOM)” has been established thanks to the commitment to the Equal Opportunity Principles, which are part of the corporate culture. The model aims to support a fair, equal and inclusive perspective within the company. This approach aims to create impact on gender equality and reducing inequalities, which is one of the Sustainable Development Goals.

In this context, the EOM Evaluation Process, which is a part of the EOM certification program implemented under the leadership of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGİDER) and with the technical support of the World Bank to promote women’s employment, was conducted by the independent audit firm Deloitte. As a result, this process, which received valuable feedback on positive practices and areas for improvement, was successfully completed and the Company was awarded the Equal Opportunity Certificate. This achievement, which reflects the Company’s commitment to sustainability and equality, is also pioneering as the first company among Nurol Holding Group Companies to be certified in this field.
